Join Jo for a little head to toe spring cleaning - self-massage and self-care addition and give back to your hard working body. Using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, gentle stretches and breathing techniques, we will release, restore and refresh connective tissue in the body while experiencing a deep state of conscious relaxation. If you sit at a desk or coffee shop often, if you are an athlete making repetitive movements, if you live with mild to chronic pain from an accident or trauma, if you practice yoga or consider yourself a gym rat - this workshop is for you! This workshop will provide take home exercises to continue this release work on your own time. No yoga experience necessary.
