Writing and Yoga compliment each other. Yoga unlocks physical tension and fosters creativity. It generates communication between the body and mind. Writing gives us a platform to share our insight. It’s a meditative practice that has been proven to ease chronic conditions and reduce stress. The benefits of both run parallel. They are powerful synergists that can elevate our life as long as we give ourselves permission to explore both.
Through movement, meditation, and multiple writing exercises, we will do just that and allow our own unique experience to unfold. This workshop is fitting for all, no writing or yoga experience necessary!
